HR Business Partner – Remote

About the role

INDI is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to join its Human Resources team on a fully remote basis. The role supports business units across the organization, helping to shape people strategies that drive retention, compliance, and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Hold regular meetings with business units and management to provide HR guidance.
• Analyze turnover trends and develop programs and policies to improve retention.
• Monitor and apply legal requirements for employee management, focusing on risk reduction and regulatory compliance.
• Interpret and advise on HR policies for employees and managers.
• Resolve complex employee‑related issues.
• Assist international staff with expatriation assignments and related HR matters.

Required profile

• Proactive, dynamic team player with strong organizational capacity and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a similar HR Business Partner or HR role.
• Knowledge of labor regulations in Argentina and Latin America.
• Excellent communication skills and advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in the IT industry or regional HR responsibility is desirable.
