HR Data Analytics Analyst

About the role

Level60 Consulting is seeking a proactive HR Data Analytics Analyst to turn HR data into actionable insights. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with HR partners to shape strategy for a disruptive industry.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain HR dashboards and metrics to monitor key performance indicators.
• Partner with talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and other HR stakeholders to deliver customized analytics.
• Stay current with HR analytics trends and recommend innovative tools and techniques.
• Provide training and guidance on data‑driven methods to HR team members.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all analytics processes.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management in clear, concise formats.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis.
• Minimum 1 year of experience creating reports in Workday.
• Fully fluent English communication skills.
