Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

Aprio Colombia is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to join its People & Culture team. The role will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that support the firm’s mission to build an expansive learning culture across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and report on training effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick levels of measurement and ROI Institute methodologies.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative learning needs analyses and translate findings into relevant training solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement training programs following the ADDIE model, including e‑learning modules, presentations, manuals, and instructional guides.
• Prepare program evaluation reports using feedback and performance data to measure impact and inform future initiatives.
• Maintain learning administration tasks such as creating course rosters, updating attendance in LCvista, and generating training reports.
• Manage logistics for live and hybrid events, including venue reservations, catering, material printing, and supply orders.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely content delivery and alignment with PRC CPD credit requirements.
• Schedule training sessions to maximize participation while minimizing operational disruption and document all activities in the L&D calendar.

Required profile

• Proven experience in learning and development or corporate training.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess training effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with subject‑matter experts, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the Kirkpatrick evaluation model.
• Knowledge of the ADDIE instructional design framework.
• Experience using LCvista or similar learning management systems.
