About the role
The HR Service Delivery Analyst will join Accenture’s team in Medellin to support workforce performance and productivity. This role focuses on delivering and managing HR services and data, helping employees with onboarding, benefits, payroll and other HR functions.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve lower‑complexity HR service delivery problems.
- Interact daily with peers within Accenture and provide updates to supervisors.
- Maintain limited exposure to clients and senior Accenture management.
- Follow moderate‑level instructions for routine tasks and detailed guidance for new assignments.
- Make decisions that affect own work and may influence the work of others.
- Contribute as an individual within a focused‑scope team.
- Potentially work rotational shifts as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR service delivery or workforce data administration.
- Fluent Spanish at C2 level.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Required skills
- Workforce Data Administration.
- HR Service Delivery (P4 level).
