HVAC Dispatch & Phone Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

LearnTastic is seeking a highly organized HVAC Dispatch & Phone Support Specialist to join its remote team. You will be the primary point of contact for inbound service requests, coordinating technician schedules and ensuring smooth communication between customers and field staff.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and service requests promptly and professionally.
• Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians based on urgency, location, and availability.
• Communicate appointment details, updates, and any changes to customers and technicians.
• Monitor technician routes, adjust schedules as needed, and create/update work orders in the dispatch system.
• Follow up on appointments, delays, and service completions, maintaining accurate records.
• Escalate urgent issues to management and support technicians with job information and documentation.
• Assist with general administrative and operational tasks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in dispatching, customer support, call center, or HVAC/service environments (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced setting.
• Professional attitude with strong problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with scheduling software.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Google Workspace.
