I2C Director - Invoice to Cash

About the role

DePuy Synthes, part of Johnson & Johnson's Global Services Finance, is recruiting an I2C (Invoice to Cash) Director in Bogotá, Colombia. The role leads the overall strategy, direction and accuracy of the global Invoice to Cash process, establishing a new global team with a global mindset and driving standardization and simplification of processes. It works with regional Service Delivery Leads, Global stakeholders and the Global Process Owner. The position is listed under requisition R-097995 for Bogotá; alternate hybrid locations may be considered in Manila, Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy, accuracy and timeliness of global Invoice to Cash processes
• Develop the vision for the global organization and build a customer-focused culture
• Lead service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction and service levels are met
• Manage relationships with Global Services leadership and oversee third-party BPO providers
• Support acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations and integrations
• Keep the function compliant with statutory, regulatory and SOX 404 requirements and support internal and external audits
• Drive continuous improvement and change management, and benchmark externally

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting or finance
• Experience managing the global Invoice to Cash function of a large multi-state company
• Experience leading organizations through change while keeping day-to-day operations running
• Proven ability to influence outcomes remotely and to manage multiple priorities
• Preferred: 15 years of professional experience, 3 years in a shared service center, MBA, CPA, CMA or similar certification
• Up to 20% international travel may be required
