Inbound Sales Consultant

About the role

Royal York Property Management is seeking experienced Inbound Sales Consultants to engage property owners who have expressed interest in professional property management services. You will handle inbound inquiries, conduct on‑camera demo calls, address objections, and close qualified owners.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound inquiries from property owners and qualify their needs, property details, timeline, and urgency.
• Present Royal York’s services clearly, run professional on‑camera demo calls, and build trust with owners.
• Handle objections related to pricing, service, timing, and process, and close qualified owners.
• Maintain clean CRM records, manage multiple active leads, and follow up consistently with owners.
• Coordinate internally to ensure a smooth client experience and escalate issues when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent strong sales experience.
• 3–5+ years of full‑time experience in inbound, consultative, or inside sales, account executive, or high‑ticket service sales.
• Proven ability to close warm inbound leads via phone or video calls.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Experience working full‑time in a professional remote environment.

Required skills

• Comfortable presenting on camera and running demo calls.
• Strong objection‑handling ability and confidence asking for the close.
• High follow‑up discipline within a structured CRM workflow.
• Excellent organization, task management, and documentation habits.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and conversations simultaneously.
