Internal HR Analyst and Recruiter

About the role

Solutions & Payroll is hiring an Internal HR Analyst and Recruiter for one of its key clients in the real estate sector. The position is based in Bogotá and covers recruitment, onboarding, employee records and HR support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from defining the profile to interviewing candidates and preparing reports.
• Validate credentials and employment history, and manage confidential documentation.
• Design competency and cultural fit assessments to guide area leaders.
• Lead onboarding, including documentation, IT access, equipment setup and initial follow-up.
• Manage employee records and files throughout employment.
• Support performance evaluations, incentive analysis and monitoring of improvement plans (PIPs).
• Ensure regulatory compliance, update internal policies and support payroll and audits.
• Collaborate with operations management on team planning and culture and well-being initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Labor Relations or a related field.
• 1+ year of professional experience in recruitment, selection, HR Generalist, HR Operations or People Operations; 3+ years preferred for the technology track.
• Desired: proven end-to-end recruitment experience for the U.S.
• Residence in Bogotá D.C.; conversational English at B2-C1 level (strictly mandatory); availability to travel.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Colombian labor law.
• ATS/HRIS management.
• Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Handling confidential information.
• Payroll and benefits knowledge preferred.

What we offer

• Permanent contract, Monday to Friday office hours with one day of remote work, in-person and hybrid modality.
• Salary of COP $3,500,000 to $4,200,000 depending on experience.
