IT Support & Systems Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support & Systems Administrator to deliver end‑user technical assistance and manage our enterprise infrastructure, including cloud services and business applications. The role blends Help Desk duties with systems administration to ensure reliable, secure IT operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for hardware, software, and network issues on Windows and macOS platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents involving Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and other enterprise applications.
• Administer Azure resources, identity management, and cloud service performance monitoring.
• Maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, user permissions, and shared drive access.
• Install, configure and support printers, scanners, VoIP phones and other peripherals.
• Support CRM platforms and Adobe Suite licensing, ensuring system usability.
• Manage support tickets, enforce SLA compliance and document resolutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering L1/L2 IT support and systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP), VPN, LAN/WAN and remote connectivity.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher with solid communication and problem‑solving abilities.
