Junior Corporate Counsel

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a Junior Corporate Counsel to provide essential legal support across commercial transactions, corporate governance, and employment law. Reporting to senior legal leadership, you will focus on the technical execution of contracts, regulatory filings, and legal research, ensuring the company meets its operational, commercial, and labor objectives with accuracy and speed.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full contracting lifecycle, drafting and reviewing MSAs, SOWs, NDAs and vendor agreements.
• Manage day‑to‑day corporate affairs, subsidiary administration, board material preparation and regulatory filings.
• Provide legal guidance on labor relations, assist HR and Operations with employment matters, and support litigation or dispute resolution.
• Assist data‑privacy initiatives and ensure commercial agreements comply with relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer in Colombia with a valid professional card (Tarjeta Profesional) in good standing.
• 2‑5 years of post‑qualification experience in corporate, commercial or employment law, preferably within multinational companies or the BPO sector.
• Experience or strong understanding of cross‑border legal support and international transactions.
• Advanced coursework or specialization in corporate, commercial, or international business law is a plus.

Required skills

• Legal research.
• Contract drafting and review, including dual‑language (English/Spanish) documents.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of data‑privacy compliance.
