About the role
We are a tech company seeking a Junior IT Support Technician with expertise in Macintosh OS, Apple hardware and Google Suite. This is a full‑time on‑site position in Bogota, working Monday to Friday, 9 am–6 pm.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct research into a wide range of computing issues and troubleshoot problems.
- Read and understand technical manuals to support multi‑employee locations.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in English (B2/C1 level) with strong customer service skills.
