About the role
We are looking for a proactive Junior Recruiter to join our fully remote team. You will support a staffing company that connects LATAM talent with U.S.-based businesses, handling candidate communication, interview coordination, and pipeline management.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct first‑round candidate interviews and initial screenings
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients
- Communicate updates and next steps to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Review resumes and match candidates to role requirements
- Maintain an accurate and up‑to‑date candidate database
- Post job openings on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Document notes and recruitment activities clearly
- Follow up with candidates to ensure strong communication throughout the pipeline
- Support sourcing and recruiting operations as needed
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, customer service, or a similar people‑facing role
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Approachable communication style and comfortable conducting interviews
- Proactive and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
- Own a working computer with high‑speed internet

What we offer
- Full‑time, permanent position
- Fully remote work (09:00 am – 5:00 pm CST)
- Salary of $1,200 per month
