Junior Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior Recruiter to join our fully remote team. You will support a staffing company that connects LATAM talent with U.S.-based businesses, handling candidate communication, interview coordination, and pipeline management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct first‑round candidate interviews and initial screenings
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients
• Communicate updates and next steps to candidates throughout the hiring process
• Review resumes and match candidates to role requirements
• Maintain an accurate and up‑to‑date candidate database
• Post job openings on LinkedIn and other platforms
• Document notes and recruitment activities clearly
• Follow up with candidates to ensure strong communication throughout the pipeline
• Support sourcing and recruiting operations as needed

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, customer service, or a similar people‑facing role
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Approachable communication style and comfortable conducting interviews
• Proactive and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
• Own a working computer with high‑speed internet
