Kitchen Assistant – Food Preparation & Assembly

We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team in Bogota. In this role you will help prepare, assemble and ensure the quality of food items that meet the high standards of our airline and airport catering services. Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble meals according to client specifications and company standards.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety practices throughout the kitchen.
• Follow recipes accurately and ensure consistent portion control.
• Support the culinary team in daily operations, including ingredient handling, equipment cleaning and kitchen organization.
• Assist in inventory checks, stock rotation and reporting as needed.
