LATAM Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Motorola Solutions is looking for a LATAM Digital Marketing Specialist to join its growth team. You will act as a regional hub, collaborating with field marketers, sales leaders, and global teams to design and launch multi‑channel B2B campaigns across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns on Google (Search, Display, Performance Max), LinkedIn Ads, and Meta for the LATAM market.
• Align paid‑media activities with regional business goals together with the Regional Performance Marketing Manager and sales teams.
• Manage budgets, monitor spend efficiency, and maximise ROI.
• Design and run A/B tests on creatives, copy and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Track, analyse and report performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio.
• Build and optimise HubSpot landing pages, forms and lead‑nurturing workflows.
• Collaborate with SEO teams to ensure keyword and metadata synergy.
• Maintain project alignment with global and regional teams using Jira.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• 4+ years in B2B performance or growth marketing.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• 2+ years using marketing analytics and SEO optimisation tools.
• 4+ years with marketing automation and project‑management platforms.
