Lawyer with Personal Injury Experience

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑driven lawyer with personal injury experience to manage high‑volume pre‑suit cases. You will work onsite with our client, a leading insurance plaintiff firm, supporting cases from initial client contact through demand readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct welcome calls and initiate client engagement.
• Monitor and follow up on client medical treatment progress.
• Request and organize medical records, billing documents, and PIP logs.
• Maintain accurate case data in the CMS.
• Review medical records to assess demand readiness.
• Prepare and organize case files for the demand stage.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of case management experience in personal injury or related legal fields.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Confident, diplomatic, and client‑focused communication style.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Familiarity with calendar management tools.
