About the role
Netflix is expanding its advertising business in the Andean region. As the Manager of Ad Sales for Colombia and Peru, you will lead the development of strategic relationships with key accounts and major holdcos, driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Hire, build and lead a high‑performing sales team for the Andean market.
- Design and execute sales strategies tailored to local market dynamics.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to align market approaches.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competition and new opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations and proposals.
- Report pipeline status, forecasts and performance to the Regional Head of Sales.
Required profile
- 10+ years of experience in advertising sales with a proven record of revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team‑building capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, strategic and creative judgment.
- Deep understanding of the Andean advertising landscape.
- Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
