Manager, Product Management

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Management to shape product strategies, drive road‑maps and ensure strong market penetration across its global portfolio. You will lead the lifecycle of existing products, partner with technology teams, and evaluate new concepts to expand Mastercard’s digital payments ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product strategies, road‑maps and performance metrics.
• Monitor product performance, manage change‑control processes and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with customers, internal teams and third‑party partners to define enhancements and new offerings.
• Lead go‑to‑market initiatives that increase card issuance in established and emerging markets.
• Conduct opportunity assessments, business case development and financial modeling for new ideas.
• Coordinate advertising, promotional and sales programs throughout the product lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 5‑8 years of relevant experience, including at least two years of management responsibility.
• Extensive background in new product development and market analysis.
• Strong business, market and financial analysis capabilities.
