Market Transition Lead – Project Management

About the role

The Market Transition Lead drives the scaling of market‑level service delivery, integrates new business units, and supports large‑scale organisational transformation. Reporting to senior leadership, the role coordinates change management, process migration and the implementation of new delivery models across multiple business units. The position works closely with business leaders to align transition objectives with strategic goals and ensure seamless service continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead market‑wide transition initiatives, including migration of work processes and rollout of new service delivery models.
• Develop and maintain detailed transition roadmaps, timelines and resource plans.
• Coordinate M&A integration and divestiture activities in partnership with the Integration Management Office.
• Collaborate with third‑party service providers (BPO, ITO, KPO) to ensure successful execution of transition plans.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, risk assessment, and project governance across functional and country teams.
• Facilitate training and knowledge transfer for impacted teams.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement throughout the transition lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance standards throughout the transition.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in transition, project or change management within shared services or outsourcing environments.
• Proven ability to lead teams through uncertainty and deliver results in complex, multi‑stakeholder settings.
• Strong analytical mindset, organizational agility and effective communication skills.
