Marketing Assistant – LATAM (Inclusive role for persons with disability)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support internal teams in the Administration & Operational functions for the LATAM region. This inclusive position is part of the "Talento sin Barreras" program, aimed at providing accessible employment opportunities for people with disabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of advertising and promotion activities.
• Coordinate production and distribution of marketing collateral, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Maintain and update the marketing materials repository for easy local access.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design user‑friendly dashboards.
• Partner with Local Marketing and Sales teams to gather customer insights and align with strategy.
• Prepare marketing execution reports (budget, product launches, KPIs, tactical plans, etc.).
• Assist portfolio management by creating technical sheets, product codification, and regulatory follow‑up.
• Contribute to digital strategy execution, including website updates, calendar management, distribution lists, and communications.

Required profile

• Valid Disability Certificate issued according to Resolution 1197 of 2024 by the Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social.
• University or bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
