Marketing Manager

About the role

NeoWork is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives, boost brand awareness, and generate qualified leads across multiple channels. The role works closely with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness and support sales goals.
• Manage and optimize digital channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Lead the creation of marketing assets such as blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and sales collateral.
• Analyze performance data to measure effectiveness and continuously improve campaigns.
• Coordinate events, webinars, and promotional activities to expand market reach.
• Oversee marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on product launches and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or technology sectors.
• Proven track record of successful campaign development and execution.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
