Main Missions

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for diverse marketing profiles, including Paid Media, Email Marketing, Content Creation, Social Media, and Growth Marketing specialists.
• Draft compelling and high-converting job advertisements to attract top-tier talent.
• Evaluate technical expertise through portfolio reviews and marketing campaign assessments.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to define precise talent requirements.
• Support internal marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media content, and employer branding strategies.

Profile sought

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a 100% remote environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing metrics.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and candidate engagement.
• Availability to work according to US time zones (Pacific or Eastern).

Required Skills

• Deep understanding of Paid and Organic marketing channels.
• Proficiency in Lifecycle and Email Marketing strategies.
• Mastery of marketing tools: Google Analytics, HubSpot, and various CRM platforms.
• Expertise in evaluating creative and performance-based marketing portfolios.
