Marketing & Sales Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

A growing Canadian immigration consulting firm is looking for a proactive, creative and results-driven Marketing & Sales Coordinator for a full-time, 100% remote position. The role combines digital marketing, content creation, lead management and sales to attract new clients, strengthen the brand and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage the social media content calendar, including Reels, carousels, stories and other digital content
• Develop creative ideas aligned with the brand and monitor content performance
• Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads
• Manage inquiries through WhatsApp, email and social media, and turn leads into paid consultation bookings
• Follow up after consultations to support conversion into signed contracts
• Track leads, sales activities and conversion rates, and propose ways to improve sales performance

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation and sales
• Experience managing social media accounts and generating qualified leads
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish
• Strong organizational, communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Required skills

• Graphic design, copywriting and video editing
• Canva, Meta Business Suite, ClickUp, Slack, Zoom and Calendly
• Video editing tools such as CapCut or similar
