Marketing Specialist – Flavors (Bogota)

About the role

Givaudan is seeking a Marketing Specialist to generate leads and business opportunities for the Flavors area in the AnCam region. You will work closely with commercial teams and customers to create compelling presentations and marketing concepts that add value to flavor proposals and differentiate the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner for commercial and customer teams, defining priorities and selecting appropriate marketing tools.
• Develop in‑depth understanding of customers, their brands, challenges and consumer insights.
• Analyze global, regional and local market data and trends to provide actionable insights.
• Create visually creative and dynamic presentations and marketing materials for customers.
• Plan and coordinate customer visits, special events and promotional activities.
• Produce market reports, product launch analyses and trend presentations for internal and external use.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent understanding of customer needs, brand positioning and consumer behavior.
• Proficient in using a variety of marketing tools and adapting them to specific customer requirements.
• Ability to translate market research into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication skills for presenting concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
