Outbound Sales Representative (US Calling Team)

About the role

Alynd Financial connects US people seeking financial advice with independent advisers and books them directly into the adviser's diary. It is building its US calling team in Colombia, and you will call US people who have asked to speak to a financial adviser, understand their situation, confirm they are a good fit and book them a meeting. This is a high-activity role, with 150+ calls per day expected.

Key responsibilities

• Make 150+ outbound calls a day to people who have enquired about financial advice
• Have warm, confident conversations and confirm the key details of each person's finances
• Book meetings into advisers' calendars and send confirmations
• Follow up by phone, text and email so people turn up
• Keep clear, accurate notes in the CRM

Required profile

• Native or near-native English with a natural US accent
• At least 1 year of high-volume outbound calling on US campaigns (sales, appointment setting or similar)
• Comfortable talking to people aged 50+ about money, with patience and good judgement
• Resilient, organised and self-motivated when working remotely
• A quiet place to work and stable internet; a laptop is provided

What we offer

• COP 5,000,000 a month base salary, increasing after a successful probation period
• Uncapped commission on top of your salary
• Fully remote from anywhere in Colombia
• Monday to Friday, US hours (roughly 9am to 6pm Colombia time, with some later finishes for West Coast calls)
• Work directly with the founders, with promotion from within as the team grows
