Paid Media Specialist (Hybrid) – Bogotá

About the role

Clara is looking for a hands‑on Paid Media Specialist to launch, monitor and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other platforms. You will work in a fast‑growing fintech environment, using AI tools daily to accelerate campaign execution and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, monitor and quality‑check campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and additional platforms.
• Set up tracking and attribution, including AI‑assisted tagging validation and anomaly detection.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, custom GPTs) to generate ad copy, audience hypotheses, performance summaries and creative briefs.
• Conduct keyword and audience research with native platform tools and AI‑powered assistants.
• Support A/B testing, optimisation and insight generation using AI‑driven hypotheses.
• Build recurring performance reports, leveraging AI to surface insights and write narrative summaries.
• Automate repetitive tasks with tools such as n8n, Make or Zapier.
• Collaborate closely with Growth and creative teams, using AI to speed up briefing and alignment.

Required profile

• 2+ years managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads.
• Comfortable working with data and Paid Media KPIs using spreadsheets, Looker Studio, Power BI or similar.
• Daily user of AI tools and able to craft effective prompts.
• Organised, precise and able to handle multiple campaigns in parallel.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
