About the role
We are looking for a passionate Pastry Chef to join our culinary team in Bogota. You will be responsible for creating high‑quality desserts and baked goods that enhance the travel and dining experience of our airline and airport customers.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to company standards.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items.
- Manage inventory of baking ingredients and ensure proper storage.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on pastry techniques.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a pastry technician or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
- Good communication skills in Spanish and English.
