People Services Generalist – LATAM (Bogotá)

About the role

Join Sanofi’s Bogotá Hub as a People Services Generalist supporting employees and managers across Latin America. You will be the primary point of contact for HR inquiries, maintain the regional knowledge base, and help drive continuous improvements in service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to employee and manager tickets on HR topics, benefits, and lifecycle processes with timely, high‑quality answers.
• Create, update, and translate knowledge‑base articles to ensure clear, accessible information for the region.
• Coordinate requests, redirect complex cases to specialized teams, and follow up to guarantee seamless resolution.
• Identify and implement process‑improvement and automation opportunities to enhance service efficiency.
• Monitor service quality and compliance, ensuring commitments to employees are met.
• Support testing and rollout of new system features and enhancements.
• Partner with People & Culture teams across LATAM to deliver best‑in‑class employee service.

Required profile

• Customer‑service mindset with experience in HRIS support or similar roles.
• Strong stakeholder management, autonomy, emotional maturity, and openness to feedback.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English (B1‑B2); advanced Portuguese is a plus.
• Undergraduate degree preferred.
