About the role

Join the Human Resources team at Amex GBT as an HR Intern, supporting key talent management processes within a dynamic, inclusive environment. You will gain hands‑on experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, wellbeing initiatives, and administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the selection of interns by managing the SGVA (SENA) platform, screening CVs, and coordinating interview schedules.
• Support social security affiliation processes and keep employee data up to date.
• Help organize wellbeing and cultural activities for staff.
• Provide assistance to training and development programs.
• Perform routine administrative tasks such as filing, generating reports, and maintaining records.

Required profile

• Current student in Psychology, Social Work, Human Resources or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of office productivity tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and service‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to follow established processes and guidelines.
