Pre‑Litigation Case Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Pre‑Litigation Case Manager to join a leading personal injury firm remotely. You will oversee personal injury cases from intake through settlement, ensuring smooth progression and clear communication with clients, medical providers, and insurers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of pre‑litigation personal injury cases, tracking deadlines and follow‑ups.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and gathering required information.
• Obtain and organize medical records, bills, and treatment progress reports.
• Communicate with insurance companies, draft demand letters, and support settlement negotiations.
• Prepare legal documents such as demand letters, medical chronologies, and case summaries.
• Collect and maintain evidence, including police reports and witness statements.
• Generate case status reports and keep tracking systems up to date.
• Assist attorneys with ad‑hoc administrative and case‑related tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in personal injury pre‑litigation case management or a similar legal role.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and legal procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in case management software.
