Project Manager

About the role

Kaseya, a leading provider of AI‑powered IT management and cybersecurity solutions, is seeking a Project Manager to drive the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects. The role involves coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage project activities, monitor progress, and address issues promptly.
• Coordinate resources across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas, including consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Lead project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and decisions.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, status reports, and executive updates.
• Escalate risks and resolve conflicts with relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of proven Project Management experience.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
