Property Onboarding Manager

About the role

AvantStay is seeking a Property Onboarding Manager to lead the end‑to‑end onboarding of new homeowner properties, ensuring a seamless transition from contract signing to live listing.

Key responsibilities

• Own the onboarding lifecycle, coordinating all steps from contract to live listing.
• Serve as primary liaison between homeowners and internal teams, maintaining clear, proactive communication.
• Utilize AvantStay’s tech stack, dashboards and project‑management tools to track progress and surface risks.
• Collaborate with Field Operations, Market Leaders and other cross‑functional teams to keep tasks on schedule.
• Identify and help implement automation opportunities for repeatable onboarding tasks.
• Analyze onboarding metrics to recommend efficiency improvements and enhance homeowner satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates on progress, milestones, risks and contingency plans to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, maintenance standards and vendor services.
• Maintain AvantStay brand standards for all properties before they are listed.
• Lead special onboarding and operational projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in property onboarding, project management or a similar client‑facing role, preferably in hospitality, real estate or property management.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder projects and deliver results on time and within budget.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a solutions‑focused mindset.
• Strong time‑management and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using collaboration tools such as Slack and Salesforce.
