Quality Inspector

About the role

Vantive is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure that finished medical‑device products and biomedical equipment meet manufacturer quality specifications. The role involves inspecting incoming, returned, and stored items, documenting findings, and supporting compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical inspection and segregation of finished products and biomedical equipment from customer returns or transport, creating documented records.
• Conduct initial inspection of imported or locally sourced products using statistical sampling and acceptance criteria, and record results.
• Identify and isolate damaged or non‑conforming items during the inspection process.
• Verify that items stored in special storage areas meet required environmental conditions.
• Ensure proper use of product identification and labeling.

Required profile

• Knowledge of regulations governing pharmaceutical and medical‑device products.
• Experience (preferably 6 months) in quality assurance within a wholesale pharmaceutical distribution environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with quality management systems.
