Recruiter – Latin America

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to lead high‑volume hiring initiatives across Latin America. You will partner closely with hiring leaders to design and execute talent acquisition strategies that drive business success while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for a variety of roles throughout Latin America.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and team culture.
• Apply creative sourcing techniques to attract diverse, high‑performing candidates.
• Ensure a seamless candidate journey from application to offer.
• Track, analyse and share recruitment metrics and insights.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Contribute to specialised programs such as university hiring, executive search, and technical recruiting.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related HR functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Collaborative, proactive and results‑driven mindset.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
