Recruiter – Remote (South America)

About the role

AI Case Leads is a fast‑growing US‑based company that connects accident victims with personal injury law firms. We need a proactive recruiter based in South America to source top‑tier marketing and intake talent, working US hours with excellent English.

Key responsibilities

• Build target lists of agencies, performance brands and competitors to identify high‑performing candidates.
• Craft personalized LinkedIn outreach that converts passive candidates into interested prospects.
• Manage inbound applications on LinkedIn, Indeed and other platforms, creating repeatable hiring funnels for intake and closing reps.
• Conduct full‑cycle recruiting: define requirements with hiring managers, screen, coordinate interviews, run reference checks and close offers.
• Track outreach metrics (volume, reply rates, conversion) and report weekly on pipeline health and time‑to‑fill.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on headhunting.
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates via direct LinkedIn outreach.
• Fluent, professional English (written and spoken) and ability to work US business hours.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote workspace.
• Experience recruiting for US‑based companies, preferably in marketing or high‑volume sales roles.
