Recruiter – U.S. Onshore (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to support U.S. onshore hiring for a fast‑growing Amazon marketplace accelerator and eCommerce growth partner. The role is fully remote, operating on EST (U.S.) business hours, and reports directly to the Senior Recruiting Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Recruiting Lead to define daily and weekly hiring priorities and achieve target metrics.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high‑priority positions using LinkedIn Recruiter, Rippling Recruiting and other sourcing channels.
• Manage the end‑to‑end candidate experience from outreach through final interview stages.
• Conduct initial video screening calls and assess candidates against hiring manager requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules, handle rescheduling, and collect timely interviewer feedback.
• Create and post job descriptions on LinkedIn Job Slots and Rippling Recruiting.
• Support ad‑hoc recruiting projects as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in agency, corporate or blended environments.
• Proven experience recruiting for U.S.‑based roles across multiple functions (sales, marketing, finance, tech).
• Advanced English (C1+) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining candidate experience.
