Recruiting Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and reliable remote Recruiting Assistant to support our client with core recruiting functions. The role involves posting job openings, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and maintaining applicant records.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and recruiting websites.
• Monitor applications and maintain an applicant tracking system.
• Review resumes and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings via email, phone, or video conference.
• Communicate professionally with applicants throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations for management review.

Required profile

• Organized and professional.
• Tech‑savvy with ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Familiarity with job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
