About the role
The Talent Guide (Recruitment Coordinator) provides global interview scheduling coverage, ensuring a seamless interview process and personalized communication with candidates at every touchpoint.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule interviews across multiple time zones, meeting service‑level agreements for both urgent and non‑urgent requests.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and global Talent Guides to enhance candidate and interviewer experiences.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system and support team projects, audits, and hiring events.
Required profile
- High attention to detail, growth mindset, and proactive approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with business‑level English proficiency.
- Willingness to work on holidays in exchange for later time off.
Required skills
- Experience with global interview scheduling and time‑zone management.
- Familiarity with Workday Recruit, Eightfold, Greenhouse, Zoom, Slack, and GSuite.
