Recruitment Specialist

About the role

SilverBack is expanding its US operations and seeks a fully remote Recruitment Specialist based in Bogotá. You will build and strengthen a high‑quality talent database for US construction, data‑center and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Research and map US‑based construction, data‑center and infrastructure professionals.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines across technical disciplines such as Construction Managers, Commissioning Specialists, MEP Managers, Quality/Safety Inspectors, Project Engineers and Field Technicians.
• Add and maintain verified candidate data in SilverBack’s CRM system.
• Support live US roles with fast, accurate, and qualified shortlists.
• Engage candidates and gather market insight to support delivery goals.
• Collaborate closely with consultants across Europe and the US.

Required profile

• Proven recruiting experience in the US market.
• Experience recruiting for construction, engineering, MEP or technical infrastructure roles.
• Demonstrated ability to source technical positions such as Construction Managers, Commissioning Specialists, Project Managers, MEP Engineers, QA/QC Inspectors and Commissioning Technicians.
• Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable conducting phone screenings with US‑based candidates.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work fully remote.
• Based in Bogotá with a stable home‑office setup and reliable high‑speed internet.

Required skills

• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency.
• Advanced Boolean search logic and sourcing techniques.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy when managing CRM/ATS systems.
