Regional Account Manager – Textile Digital Solutions

About the role

Lead the growth of Epson's textile digital printing segment across South America, driving adoption of cutting‑edge technologies and supporting high‑impact projects in multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the commercial strategy for the textile segment across Southern Latin America.
• Identify new growth opportunities and develop country‑specific business plans.
• Manage strategic accounts and strengthen relationships with textile manufacturers, garment producers, brands and industrial groups.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and build long‑term executive‑level relationships.
• Develop and manage a network of distributors, consultants, integrators and specialized partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Technical Support to generate demand and accelerate regional growth.
• Act as a digital transformation consultant, providing productivity analysis, operational efficiency assessments and ROI evaluations.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in digital printing, textiles, manufacturing or industrial solutions.
• Proven regional B2B business development, channel management and consultative selling experience.
• Strong understanding of the textile value chain and key industry trends in Latin America.
