Regional Sales Director ZTNA

About the role

The Regional Sales Director will lead sales execution for the assigned geography, building both short‑term and long‑term pipelines. You will identify new prospects, engage C‑suite executives, and deepen existing executive relationships to drive revenue growth in the ZTNA market.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute short‑ and long‑term sales pipelines to capture new and existing opportunities within the region.
• Analyze market opportunities, competitive landscape, and technology requirements to shape multi‑year deals.
• Manage relationships with external customers, internal stakeholders, and partners throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with sister sales organizations, strategic alliances, marketing, and regional leaders to develop and implement a global sales strategy.
• Identify new business opportunities, ecosystems, and partnerships, and design go‑to‑market plans.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in cybersecurity sales, preferably with deep expertise in networking security.
• Proven track record of managing a territory, prospecting, leveraging partners, and closing new logos.
• Strong existing relationships with network teams or CISO organizations.
• Ability to navigate complex sales involving multiple stakeholders and consensus‑based decisions.
• High energy, aggressive, and driven to expand capabilities in a fast‑growing company.
