Regional Sales Manager – Andean Region

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Andean region to lead strategic sales initiatives, grow revenue, and expand our dealer and distributor network across Ecuador, Colombia, Peru and Venezuela. The role is based in Bogotá and requires frequent travel throughout the region and occasional trips to the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional revenue goals.
• Build, manage and grow relationships with distributors, dealers and channel partners.
• Identify, recruit, onboard and develop new partners to broaden market coverage.
• Generate and close new business opportunities while supporting partners throughout the sales cycle.
• Promote system upgrades, expansions and new technology solutions within the existing customer base.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations and sales training.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and customer meetings.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts and CRM records.
• Gather competitive market intelligence and collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Required profile

• Proven success in B2B sales and territory management.
• Experience working with distributors, dealers and system integrators.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, accountable and results‑oriented.
• Experience in electronic security, access control, video surveillance, fire or smart technology is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems and accurate sales forecasting.
