Remote Android Developer – AI Code Review

About the role

We are seeking Android developers across Latin America to join a fully remote, paid AI training program. In this project‑based role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the performance of AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑generated code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as accuracy, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to enhance AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
