About the role

Prestige Travel Agency by Mich is looking for a part‑time Remote Customer Service Representative to help clients create seamless, luxury travel experiences. You will be the main point of contact throughout the booking journey, from initial inquiry to post‑trip follow‑up, ensuring every detail meets the client’s expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Assist with luxury and leisure travel bookings, including changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Provide accurate information on destinations, travel requirements, and agency policies.
• Coordinate booking details and confirm itineraries to guarantee accuracy.
• Proactively follow up with clients before and after travel to ensure satisfaction.
• Address client concerns with empathy and solution‑oriented thinking.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation and booking system records.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Customer‑service experience, preferably in travel, hospitality, or related fields.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple requests efficiently.
• Reliable, proactive, and passionate about helping clients plan memorable trips.
