Remote Medical Assistant / Registered Nurse (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Registered Nurse to join our fully remote healthcare team. In this full‑time position you will bridge the gap between provider visits, monitor patient health, and relay critical clinical information to the care team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain ongoing communication with patients between provider visits.
• Perform routine assessments and flag any changes in health status.
• Escalate significant clinical findings to the supervising provider or clinical supervisor.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Support care‑coordination initiatives and reinforce patient education as directed.
• Collaborate with providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely, high‑quality care.

Required profile

• Current certification as a Medical Assistant, LPN, or RN.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Experience with Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM).
• Experience with Chronic Care Management (CCM).
• Telephone triage capabilities.
