Remote Sales Associate (LATAM – English Speaking)

About the role

MEDLIFE is seeking a motivated Remote Sales Associate to engage prospective student leaders across Latin America. You will help expand MEDLIFE’s campus presence by guiding interested students through the enrollment process and fostering long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and connect with prospective student leaders interested in launching MEDLIFE chapters on their campuses.
• Conduct discovery calls and virtual meetings to explain the program’s impact.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up and track all interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the Growth and Expansion team to meet enrollment targets.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (C1‑C2).
• At least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, hospitality, tourism, fundraising, outreach, or similar relationship‑focused roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable speaking with new people daily.
• Coachability and a passion for education, healthcare, and community development.

Required skills

• Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with phone, email, LinkedIn, or social‑media outreach tools.
