Remote Vacation Planning Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Vacation Planning Consultant to join our growing virtual team. In this position you will design unforgettable travel experiences for clients, ranging from cruises and all‑inclusive resorts to Disney vacations and international getaways, while delivering end‑to‑end customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to capture their vacation preferences, budgets and travel dates.
• Research and recommend suitable vacation packages, cruises, resorts and destinations.
• Create personalized itineraries and travel proposals.
• Coordinate reservations and bookings directly with suppliers and industry partners.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up throughout the booking process.
• Stay up‑to‑date on destination news, promotions and supplier training.
• Build lasting relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with standard office applications.
• Previous experience in sales, hospitality or travel services is a plus.
