About the role
The Restaurant Supervisor supports management in delivering outstanding guest service and financial profitability for the hotel’s restaurant. You will lead daily operations, ensure high standards of quality, and foster a positive team environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations.
- Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance.
- Support team members in handling guest inquiries, requests, and resolving complaints.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
- Manage product quality, service satisfaction trends, and implement improvements.
- Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control.
Required profile
- Previous food and beverage experience.
- Ability to meet financial targets and comply with brand standards.
- Strong ability to work under pressure with excellent grooming standards.
- Willingness to develop team members and self.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of work situations.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
