About the role
The Sales Coordinator will support the Sales Manager and Director in implementing sales policies, managing the CRM tool, and handling key accounts across regions. This role is ideal for a motivated, people‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and adjust the CRM tool to improve sales processes.
- Design and deliver training on global sales policies and the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policy and monitor commission reporting.
- Create and distribute marketing material for brand awareness.
- Plan and organize national sales conferences and implement new regional accounts.
Required profile
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented, able to multitask, meet deadlines and work both independently and in a team.

- Microsoft Office suite
