Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

This is a remote, phone-first Sales Development Representative role reporting to the COO. You are the first contact for founders who book a call with the company, finding out what they need, confirming they are a fit and making sure they show up ready for the conversation with the closer. Success is measured daily on speed, show rate and clean data.

Key responsibilities

• Make calls to founders who filled out a form but did not book a meeting, using a 5-day call and text cadence, and book the sales call before hanging up.
• After each qualifying call, write a quick handoff summarizing who the founder is, what they want to delegate and the one thing the closer needs to know.
• Pass on only qualified leads: business owners doing $500K+ in revenue, with confirmed budget and a real pain point an Executive Assistant can solve.
• Keep the pipeline clean, with every lead in the right stage and a clear next step, and update your scorecard at the end of each day.
• Use feedback from the closer's notes to improve your questions on subsequent calls.

Required profile

• Experience in an outbound, phone-heavy role such as SDR, BDR, inside sales or appointment setting.
• Able to reach every lead within 5 minutes, 8 am to 8 pm in the founder's time zone, six to seven days a week.
• Comfortable with daily metrics (speed, show rate, calls set) and logging every call and text.
• Available to work Pacific Time (PT) hours.
